underwhelming service, overpriced stay
wrong information bad service
the hotel room was a superior king room, and it met my needs for space.
i was very annoyed by the service i got. when i asked about somethin, they gave me wrong information then failed to follow up. i emailed them weeks ago about a deposit and got no answer, so frustrating. this level of unresponsiveness is not what i expect from a supposedly 5-star hotel.

minibar access inconvenient service
The rooms were nice and neat. Breakfast buffet had many options.
I was disappointed. the minibar was restocked. Staff then blocked access to it without any prior notice. i was told to pay for the drinks before i could access my room. This was very inconvenient.

a romantic getaway
caring staff light space comfy sofa quiet relaxation
this hotel was a sanctuary. it was a retreat, filled with caring staff. the club lounge offered such a beautiful, light-filled space. i found comfy sofas there to relax and enjoy the quiet.
i noticed the indoor play gym for children was closed. this happened . it would have been nice for families.

THE amazing service impressed me throughout my stay. I experienced helpful and attentive staff everywhere, from the front desk to the restaurant, and they all showed a genuine care in their work, going above what i expected.

i enjoyed the buffet a lot, it had very many choices for both breakfast and dinner. the selections were fresh and well-prepared. the staff in the dining area were also attentive.

our room was large and clean, it provided more comfort. i loved that everything in the room was well-kept. the daily housekeeping kept our living space fresh. it was quite nice.

adequate stay with service inconsistencies
unclear package lacking shuttle
I found some issues . communication about the half-board package was unclear. I was initially told soft drinks were not included, which impacted dining choices. later, i discovered they were included after all (i asked a different person). there was also a lack of information about a free daily shuttle to the mall, costing me extra for a taxi.

spacious room clean room sushi restaurant pool area voucher flexibility
the room was spacious. it was also very clean. i enjoyed the various restaurants, especially the sushi restaurant. the kind service during breakfast was nice too.
the pool area could be nicer. there was also no flexibility with unused half-board vouchers.
