The rooms were nice and neat. Breakfast buffet had many options.

I was disappointed. the minibar was restocked. Staff then blocked access to it without any prior notice. i was told to pay for the drinks before i could access my room. This was very inconvenient.

this hotel was a sanctuary. it was a retreat, filled with caring staff. the club lounge offered such a beautiful, light-filled space. i found comfy sofas there to relax and enjoy the quiet.

i noticed the indoor play gym for children was closed. this happened . it would have been nice for families.

I was initially told soft drinks were not included, which impacted dining choices. later, i discovered they were included after all (i asked a different person). there was also a lack of information about a free daily shuttle to the mall, costing me extra for a taxi.
